March 11, update: A glitch in one of our HVAC system's wiring was fixed the morning after my late afternoon call of the day before. Sebastian and Joel identified and corrected the problem and explained that one of the two issues was a corroded outdoor wire. January 2024 - Sebastian, Kenny, and Kevin worked hard to replace two aged, broken-down HVAC systems (upstairs and downstairs). Capable and fast job. Special mention for Mike, who drove a space heater forty miles out to us on Christmas Eve to get us through till everything could be repaired. A Bailey is always responsive and actually tries to save you money by attempting less costly fixes first, before it has to move to a bigger fix.

Axle was so very friendly and efficient. He took the time to explain everything to me and he did this with a cheerful attitude. I asked him to put up a carbon monoxide detector that I had, and he put it up for me. All in all, a very pleasant experience! I will definitely use Bailey Plumbing again! On 09/16/19, Anthony came to my home to determine why I had water dripping into my furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to determine the problem and give me some really good options. He suggested I have an inspector from his company for no fee come and give an estimate on a new heating and cooling unit for my home. Very sound advice and I was very pleased with his service. On 9/19/19, Anthony and his crew came to my home after an analysis of the problem from his last visit, and we all agreed that the best way to go was to install a new furnace and AC unit. They arrived on time and worked all day to install the units. Anthony and his crew were courteous and informative. They checked everything out several times before they left, making sure I was happy with the job and understood how to use the thermostat. For an experience that could have been trying, they made it as efficient and effective as possible. I am happy with the work and with the technicians I have dealt with at Bailey's Plumbing and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

First time they came out to fix a shower faucet, and after trying to solve the issue, he explained the problem clearly and did a wonderful job replacing it. The plumbing replacement looked like art (see pictures). Great job all around! This was my second time using Bailey Plumbing Heating Cooling, and again they performed an excellent job with replacing my A/C compressor and coil. From the beginning, they skillfully examined my system and diagnosed my issue. They worked to choose the appropriate size system for the square footage of my house, and they developed and executed an installation plan that was quick and performed on time. The new A/C system is running great and we are very pleased. All the costs were clearly laid out and there were no surprise extra fees. We are very happy with the service. Thank you! 😊 Third time's a charm! They replaced my 9-year-old water heater that was just starting to leak. Ryan came out within an hour of my phone call, explained the situation and options clearly, and performed the replacement in a few hours. Everything was completed, and my hot water is back online. Thanks once again for a job well done!! Talk about service... Bailey's Plumbing came out today to give my A/C system a beginning of season check over, all costs included with my A/C installation they performed last year. Checked both the inside unit (proper temperature / all connections / filter) and the outside condenser (checked electrical connections / washed compressor fins). Joel was very friendly (as always) and performed this service promptly and professionally. Excellent customer service!! Had Bailey's out to replace an old powder room sink and vanity top during the summer, and they did a really great job. Then we just had Bailey's come to replace my attic fan. Adam came and did a great job! He was very friendly and professional and was great at troubleshooting any issues he encountered. I am very satisfied with the services that Bailey's Plumbing has performed for me, and I would recommend them for any plumbing or HVAC needs or issues. Bailey's came out to extend my gas grill gas line under a new deck we're having built, and Axel did a great job. Very friendly and accommodating, he installed new turn-off valves inside and outside. Very satisfied with the job he performed. I called Bailey's Plumbing last night, and they came out this morning to check on a leaking dishwasher. Andrew checked out all of the water connections and determined the issue was with the door seal on the dishwasher. He explained the directions I could take (have an appliance repair person come out to check the seal and quote the cost of a door seal replacement and then price out replacing the whole dishwasher to see what makes sense cost-wise). Andrew was very friendly and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised that the service call was free. Excellent customer service!!

I should have gone to Bailey in the first place. They not only fixed my A/C, but they were able to install some new more efficient ductwork, took out the old ductwork, and fine-tuned the entire system. The techs were great, friendly, polite, easy to talk to, and explained the entire system. I was so impressed I signed up for their Smile Club. It's a program where they come to the house and check the system twice a year! In these days of uncertainty when it comes to contractors and the work they do, I got to say, Bailey is by far the best and finest company out there. I would recommend them highly!! Thanks, Bailey!
