Excellent Repair Work
Joe came to assess the problem with my furnace. He was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Gave good advice. Answered questions. Did not feel rushed. Called today and they came today. He also informed me I had a minor problem with my water heater.
Edit: When the second technician, Joel, came to do the repairs, he at first tried to talk me into getting a new furnace. I thought this sounded kind of like a hustle. I can't say for sure if it was intentional or not, but if I needed a new furnace (which mine was fairly new in the first place), why didn't the first tech, Joe, who came to assess, recommend that? Don't get me wrong, Joel was very nice, and when I declined the new furnace, he was still pleasant and professional and did excellent repair work. He finished pretty quickly and took the time to show and explain to me the repairs he made. My furnace works great now. So, no issue with the service or the tech's manners or skills, I just would like the company to know that it looks suspicious if the first tech tells you what's needed and gives you a quote and emails you a detailed agenda of the proposed repairs, and then the second tech comes, has different advice, and tries to sell you a new furnace that would have doubled the price I was prepared to pay. Just trying to be helpful and transparent. Thank you.
