The technician, Andrew, was friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing with the repair. It ended up being a little more work than initially anticipated because the pipes were old. He was very professional. I would definitely use Bailey again! Price was definitely reasonable. I thank Bailey for their quick response and the professionalism of their technician!

I had Hunter Murray and his 2 helpers come out to my home today to fix a main water line. From the second they arrive they were professional and did a wonderful job. They fix the problem and cleaned up the mess and left my property looking like it was cleaned by the landscapers. I would highly recommend Bailey to anyone who needs a plumber. Tech Andrew Stinemire was dispatched to my property for a sewer line back up. The issue was accessed from the outside. Andrew called before he started to explain everything thoroughly. After job was finished he followed up with another phone call. Andrews comportment was nothing short of stellar. I have used many plumbers and unfortunately they rush you off the phone. A lot of plumbers act as if they are doing you a favor. Not Andrew! He talked to me like an old friend and made sure I understood everything. We need more plumbers like him. He understands very well that ultimately this is a service business and the customer needs to be treated with deference and respect

I had an outside leak from the water pipe entering our basement. The crew they sent had to dig to deep to find the elusive location. They were able to locate it and fix it witout damaging the adjacent brick walkway or the sourrounding areas. Amazing work!

Hi Everyone... I just want to thank Bailey's for sending out Oliver to fix my Shower. Oliver was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. The cost of the repairs was expensive, but unfortunately the piece that needed replacing was Old and impossible to remove from the outside unit. I know Oliver tried to keep costs down. We want to thank him for all his hard work. We think it was worth every penny. We now have a Nice hot shower. We certainly can't live without that. Thanks Bailey Plumbing... Have a Good Day.!!😁
