Andrew called before he started to explain everything thoroughly. After job was finished he followed up with another phone call. Andrews comportment was nothing short of stellar. "Oliver your Technician was Super Professional"Hi Everyone... I just want to thank Bailey's for sending out Oliver to fix my Shower. Oliver was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. The cost of the repairs was expensive, but unfortunately the piece that needed replacing was Old and impossible to remove from the outside unit. I know Oliver tried to keep costs down. "Ray was great!!!"Ray was great!!! Did what other plumbers wouldn't do!!! Removed plug and cleared line from crawl space, others took off the toilet because they didn't want to deal wit it.
