I had an outside leak from the water pipe entering our basement. The crew they sent had to dig to deep to find the elusive location. They were able to locate it and fix it witout damaging the adjacent brick walkway or the sourrounding areas. Amazing work!- Gary M. -
"Oliver your Technician was Super Professional"
Hi Everyone... I just want to thank Bailey's for sending out Oliver to fix my Shower. Oliver was knowledgeable, considerate and professional. The cost of the repairs was expensive, but unfortunately the piece that needed replacing was Old and impossible to remove from the outside unit. I know Oliver tried to keep costs down. We want to thank him for all his hard work. We think it was worth every penny. We now have a Nice hot shower. We certainly can't live without that. Thanks Bailey Plumbing... Have a Good Day.!!😁- Carol D. -

"Quick Response and Professional Technician"
The technician, Andrew, was friendly and kept me informed of what he was doing with the repair. It ended up being a little more work than initially anticipated because the pipes were old. He was very professional. I would definitely use Bailey again! Price was definitely reasonable. I thank Bailey for their quick response and the professionalism of their technician!- Debbie B. -
"Amazing service!"
Tech Andrew Stinemire was dispatched to my property for a sewer line back up. The issue was accessed from the outside. Andrew called before he started to explain everything thoroughly. After job was finished he followed up with another phone call. Andrews comportment was nothing short of stellar. I have used many plumbers and unfortunately they rush you off the phone. A lot of plumbers act as if they are doing you a favor. Not Andrew! He talked to me like an old friend and made sure I understood everything. We need more plumbers like him. He understands very well that ultimately this is a service business and the customer needs to be treated with deference and respect- T. Hearn -

I had Hunter Murray and his 2 helpers come out to my home today to fix a main water line. From the second they arrive they were professional and did a wonderful job. They fix the problem and cleaned up the mess and left my property looking like it was cleaned by the landscapers. I would highly recommend Bailey to anyone who needs a plumber. Also the office staff was great and professional. You can see the everyone enjoys where they work.- Steve P.
Tips to Extend the Life of Your HVAC System
Maintaining your HVAC system does not have to be complicated. By following a few best practices, you can enhance your unit’s performance and extend its lifespan.
- Change Filters Regularly: Dirty filters restrict airflow and reduce system efficiency. Replace filters every 1–3 months.
- Schedule Seasonal Tune-Ups: Professional maintenance in spring and fall prepares your system for peak usage.
- Keep Vents Clean and Clear: Blocked vents force your system to work harder, increasing wear and tear.
- Use a Programmable Thermostat: This allows you to manage temperatures efficiently and reduce stress on your system.
- Seal Leaky Ductwork: Poorly sealed ducts lead to energy loss and uneven heating or cooling.
Our team at Bailey Plumbing Heating Cooling can assist with maintenance plans to help your system operate at peak performance all year long.
When we visit your Wall Township property for routine maintenance, we look beyond basic cleaning and filter changes. Our technicians check electrical connections, measure system performance, and identify small issues that could turn into breakdowns if left unaddressed. We can also help you set up a maintenance schedule that fits your household or business routine, so important tasks are not overlooked during the busiest parts of the year.
Many customers in Wall Township use our maintenance visits as an opportunity to ask questions about comfort problems or rising utility bills. We review how your system is operating, explain what we find in straightforward terms, and suggest practical adjustments such as thermostat settings or airflow balancing. This proactive approach helps you get more years of reliable service from your equipment while reducing the chance of inconvenient emergency calls during extreme weather.
We believe in fast, reliable service with a personal touch. See why homeowners across New Jersey trust Bailey for their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.

How to Choose the Right HVAC System for Your Home in Wall Township
Investing in a new HVAC system? Here is what to consider:
- Size & Capacity: A system that is too large or too small will not run efficiently. Proper sizing is critical.
- Energy Efficiency Ratings: Look for high SEER ratings (for cooling) and AFUE ratings (for heating) to reduce long-term costs.
- Smart Features: Wi-Fi-enabled thermostats and zoning options provide better control and comfort.
- System Type: Central AC, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits each have pros and cons depending on your home’s layout and climate.
- Warranty & Support: Ask about warranties, rebates, and service agreements.
At Bailey Plumbing Heating Cooling, we walk you through each step so you can make the right choice for your Wall Township property.
Before we recommend any new system, we start by learning how you live in and use your home. Factors like the number of occupants, room usage, insulation levels, and even your typical thermostat preferences influence which equipment will serve you best. For many homes in Wall Township, we also look at existing ductwork condition and the age of your current system to decide whether upgrades or a full replacement will give you the most value.
Local climate patterns in Central New Jersey, including humid summers and variable winter temperatures, also play a role in system selection. We discuss how different options, such as heat pumps paired with a furnace or ductless units for additions, perform in our area’s weather. By comparing upfront costs, projected energy use, and expected lifespan together, we help you choose a setup that supports comfort today and makes sense over the long term.
